Dijkstra shows his class again to head to the top of the rankings!

Ben Dijkstra (U15b) showed his class by reducing his personal best time for the 1500m by 14 seconds. The young athlete was competing at the BMC PB Classic in Milton Keynes last night when he ran 4.10.57 to win the 'C' race and his time will rocket him straight to the top of the Power of 10 rankings in his age group!

Not to be outdone, Alfie Thompson (U15b) also sliced 11 seconds from his personal best performance and won the 'D' 1500m race to record a time of 4.20.03.

Furthermore, an excellent run from Amrik Gill (U17 men) meant that he knocked 10 seconds from his personal best time to finish in 4th place in the 'E' race with his time of 4.38.40.
